About Michael

I  first moved to Kamloops in 2014 from Vancouver and here I held different positions in forestry,  hospitality, and food delivery. In 2016, I decided to further my education at Thompson Rivers University where I completed the Master’s in Business Administration  (MBA) Program. At TRU I discovered a new passion for marketing, advertising, and branding. After completing a marketing plan for a local business, I knew right away that I wanted to help and work with businesses in the area and all across British Columbia.

I had  been working on websites for a number of years, but I wanted to improve my Search Engine Optimization skill set so I enrolled myself into the SEO +SEM program at BrainStation in Vancouver. Here I learned all about the different types of SEO, best practices, website audits, SEO tools + software, and how to rank websites organically in a search engine.

In 2021, I went back to BrainStation but this time enrolled in their full-stack web development program.  Here I learned how to build websites websites from the ground up with SAAS, Java Script, React, and Node.

Since then I have taken many more  web development and SEO courses and worked on a ton of projects!
